6、约翰•米莱 (1829-1896)
米莱是拉斐尔前派的创始人之一。
米莱的作品总是赢得赞扬，他精湛的技巧使他的声誉如日中天。在他老年时期，拉斐尔前派的美术衰落，他就改作肖像画，他也是当时著名的插画家。
比之罗塞蒂，米莱的作品文学性稍逊，但有一种世俗的温暖。
